We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price provided such return is made within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition (with plastic still on), and have all related pieces (i.e headcover, wrench, etc.), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
We will not accept returns for the following: Custom-built golf clubs and personalized accessories.
All returns will be inspected prior to refund being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to process your return after it is received in our store. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We unfortunately do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
