The free after-sales service warranty refers to abnormalities and damages that occur to the product during normal use within the warranty period, and means that compensation standards are applied/complied with and repairs are made free of charge in accordance with the Honma Golf Warranty application standard table.
The free warranty period set by Honma Golf is 1 year from the date of initial purchase by the customer.
Warranty is not possible for products that are not distributed by Honma Golf Australia branch and official importer (Datto Pty Ltd).
In the case of product exchange or repair within the free warranty period, the free warranty period will not be further extended or changed.
Clubs that have been arbitrarily repaired and fitted by a company other than our after-sales service center cannot be repaired, even during the free warranty period, even if the product has been confirmed to be genuine by Honma Golf.
Each Honma club is given a hologram label. Warranty may become void once hologram label is removed.
If the serial number of the socket or the barcode on which the date of manufacture and distribution of our company is marked is arbitrarily damaged, the free warranty period cannot be applied. When processing warranty, depending on the situation, you may be asked to present a purchase receipt and supporting documents, and if it is not possible, the warranty period will be applied based on our delivery date.
During the free warranty period, if a shaft is replaced or a grip is exchanged to change the specifications of a club at the request of the user, it will be charged regardless of the free warranty period.
Honma Golf’s free warranty period is based on the user’s negligence or the type and form of damage that is not normal use of the product, and if it is recognized as charged, the user’s opinion and the opinion of the master craftsman of the Honma golf club are collected and service costs may apply.
Various surface repairs (painting) or service with a tendency to daily and universal wear are not applied.
Counterfeit products are not applicable to our product line, so you cannot receive service.
